CBS: Homeowner Rescue Plan Passed By House
The overall costs of living are about to get a lot of people in a terrible situation. Gas prices are already rising to an all time high, with no end in sight. Many homeowners are in a bind and don't see a way out. The economy is about to grab us by the throat.
It would seem like the government is aware of that and is making plans to help out. There are so many regulations, stipulations and rules however, for a plan to get approval and I am astonished and applaud the fact that is has been done ahead of time. That's new, usually they are kind of too late.
I just don't get this homeowners rescue plan. Intentions can be good, but they need to be converted in actions. I can make a plan to give you a million dollars. But does it help if I just wave it in front of your face? I didn't think so either.
They claim the plan is to help the owners who are in dire straits. But what good does it do, if they just pass by your house? Don't they even have the curtesy to stop? Okay, okay, that last is a blond question. They probably anticipate to instigate a violant situation. Quite understandable as well, looking at it from both standpoints.
I suspect it is just another carrot to dangle in front of our nose, to keep us from complaining!
