CBS: Secrecy Shrouds Indiana Jones Movie
The release of a new Indiana Jones movie, after so many years, is extremely exciting and I am, along with so many others, looking forward to watching it. Patience is a virtue though, and I am not willing to give my kingdom to have it all revealed before it hits the theaters or the shelves of the movie rental places.
I have been breaking my skull to figure out why this secrecy is such a big deal to everyone. So far, all the Indiana Jones movies have been a treat to watch. I consider them to be highly entertaining and they have kept me on the edge of my chair. I expect the same from this one.
I can not think of anyone who does not like to get a present. The thrill begins with tearing off the gift paper it comes in. The anticipation grows as the package becomes more and more visible. Seeing the box and gaining a knowledge of what is inside, only enhances the excitement.
All of this would not be present if the farm had already been given away. Why be so eager? Let's enjoy unwrapping it. Each piece of shroud that comes off brings us closer to being able to see it. Besides, the DVD being wrapped up, makes it so much easier to find in the rental stores.
BTW, I would suggest you preserve the shroud. It may become a collector's item over the years!
