CBS: Is Enough Done To Stop Explosive Dust?

I understand how difficult it is to determine where the fall-out of the dust will be. Wind can carry it across the globe and it sneaks through each little crevice and crack. The dust will settle in every nook and cranny, no matter how you slice it. Unless we plug the holes.

My question would be, if the explosion could be prevented. That would solve the problem. A natural disaster can stir up a lot of dust, but we can not prevent nature. An explosion on the other end of the globe, kicking up the dust, is another story. It definitely would benefit our health.

I think we are all too hasty. A sudden motion causes the air to move more quickly and consequently is more likely to capture dust and make it airborne. Maybe if we all go into "slow-motion mode" we would discover it kicks up less dust.

I think a lot more could be done. If the people in China would slow down, and we would do the same, we may decrease the butterfly-effect substantially and we wouldn't have to eat each other's dust. Stopping, or possibly slowing down this explosion, would be a big help. I wouldn't have to dust at least once every week!

I guess it's back to biting the dust for me, sigh.
