CBS Poll: Clinton's Run Opens Doors
I suppose Hillary found a sympathizing crowd that knows how hard it is to have to give up and acknowledge defeat.
Having to leave the premises with dignity is often the hardest thing to do. Not everyone can cope with it. Some like to make a quick exit, some leave with a snare, and some with an attitude of pride.
Hillary lost the election race, but sure was not done running. She decided to leave the stage in a hurry, after accepting there was no more chance for her to win this election. She choose option no.1: a quick exit.
It is admirable that so many people are accommodating Hillary in her loss and opening doors for her. They could have left them closed, or even slam them in her face. But no, they hurried to open it for her as they saw her coming, so she could keep on running.
On second thoughts, maybe they rather saw her go, then stay? In which case I would not be surprised if they announced as well that "Hillary has left the building!"
