THE NEW YORK TIMES: McCain to Lay Out His Energy Prescription

Energy efficiency has been addressed for years now. Many instructions, options, and much advice has been given to apply to saving energy, or how best to generate it.

It is not always easy to keep up the energy level. Many activities, or rather all activities, require a certain form and amount of energy. It's not like snapping your fingers and it's done.

I suppose John McCain suspects the source is about to be worn out. No wonder, this election has put a huge strain on everybody involved. Much energy has been wasted and getting it back is almost impossible.

There is a lot we all can do to maintain and take precautions not to get to the point of exhaustion. I am not really interested for McCain to lay out the prescription he got from his doctor. I am more interested in whether it works or not. We need an active candidate, not a couch potato who is constantly tired. I guess time will tell.

I would encourage him to include some red meat in his diet and not run so fast in this election race, but also take some time for rest and relaxation.

It may give McCain a big boost!
